个人情况介绍、概览

清华大学药学院研究员，博士生导师（药学一级学科下社会与管理药学招生）、药品监管科学学科带头人，国家药品监督管理局创新药物研究与评价重点实验室主任，国家高端智库清华大学国家治理与全球治理研究院研究员。
作为核心专家深度参与《药品管理法》《疫苗管理法》《医疗器械管理法》制修订工作。
2020年10月以来共主持国家药品监督管理局、国家卫生健康委员会，国家市场监督管理总局、国家自然科学基金等纵向课题10余项。获得比尔梅琳达盖茨基金会连续2期项目支持，与海南省药品监督管理局、广东省药品监督管理局，行业协会和国内外企业等的科研合作课题40余项，累计发表学术论文400余篇，其中SCI收录论文20余篇。
代表性著作有专著《美国药品监管科学研究》《药品上市许可持有人制度导读》《WHO基本药物制度研究与应用》《非处方药监管科学》。编著《药用原辅料和包装材料关联审评改革》《药物临床试验动态管理改革与创新》《21世纪治愈法案》《FDA职责与权力》等。
本硕博均毕业于沈阳药科大学，2004年获得药学博士学位，是我国第一位药事管理方向的药学博士学位获得者。
曾任沈阳药科大学教授，工商管理学院副院长，监管科学研究院常务副院长。
