个人情况介绍、概览
宫平,二级教授,博士生导师。1984年7月毕业于沈阳药学院化学制药专业,获理学学士学位;1987年7月毕业于沈阳药学院药物化学专业,获理学硕士学位;2002年7月获沈阳药科大学药物化学专业理学博士学位。2010年12月至2011年5月,在英国牛津大学访问学习。1987年8月留校任教,1998年被聘为副教授,2001年被聘为教授。曾任沈阳药科大学制药工程学院院长、沈阳药科大学高等职业技术学院院长,2011年12月任沈阳药科大学副校长。致力于抗感染及抗肿瘤创新药物的研发。所主持的N-取代-5-羟基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸酯类新化合物抗流感病毒活性研究先后获得国家自然科学基金和国家十五重大科技攻关项目资助。主持研发的抗乙肝病毒的一类新药—盐酸艾咪朵尔,获SFDA颁发的药物Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床试验批件、两项国内发明专利,申请1项国际PCT专利,并已获美国、日本、韩国和印度专利保护。主持的4-苯氧基喹啉类c-Met激酶抑制剂的研究先后获得国家自然科学基金和国家级科技计划项目资助,授权专利6项,申请2项国际PCT专利,并已获美国、日本、韩国和印度专利保护。在此基础上发现抗胃癌一类新药—QBH-196,并获临床试验批件。指导硕士研究生100余人,博士研究生30余人,发表论文近150篇,其中SCI收载近100篇,编写《药物化学》教材两部。
